The fastest path to a quote is an email with a PDF, STEP file, or marked-up sketch attached. We read every RFQ ourselves and come back with a quote, a delivery date we'll hold, and questions if we have them.
PDF is fine. STEP is better. Marked-up sketches work too — we read drawings for a living.
