SWISS

Star Swiss machines

Multi-axis sliding-headstock turning for 1" diameter and below. Long, slender, high-aspect parts in one setup. This is our bread and butter.

MILL-TURN

Miyano CNCs

Twin-spindle, multi-turret CNC lathes for complex prismatic-on-turned features. Complete parts off the machine, no secondary chucking.

MILL

Machining Centers

3, 4 and 5-axis VMCs for milled bodies, manifolds and fixtures. Probing and in-process inspection for first-article discipline.

LASER

Laser systems

Marking and fine-feature cutting. Part traceability, logo marking, and laser-cut features on thin-wall hardware.

STAMP

Stamping

Progressive and single-hit stamping for sheet and strip components. Fixtured and inspected like machined work.

FORM

Wire bending + CNC routing

Formed wire components and CNC-routed plate / panel work rounding out the mechanical capability set.

Printed in-house,
on our schedule.

We run multiple 3D printing systems on the floor — both resin and filament — in build envelopes up to 900 × 900 × 900 mm.

Printing in-house means fixtures, soft jaws, inspection aids and form-and-fit prototypes are made the same week they are needed, without waiting on an outside vendor or a tooling quote. A part can be printed, checked against the drawing, revised and printed again before the machining setup is built.

06 / Value engineering
The quote is a conversation.

We read every drawing as an engineer first and a shop second. If a geometry fights manufacture — or a fit can be improved at use — we'll flag it, and if you want, we'll redesign the part with you. Many of our long-running programs started as a single quote that turned into a product fix.

Drawing review

Engineering walks the drawing. Flags GD&T, stack-up, and manufacturability issues.

DFM feedback

Specific, actionable notes back to your team — not generic "consolidate features" hand-waving.

Product improvement

Where performance is at stake (flow, seal, assembly fit), we propose changes that improve the part in use.
